Ethan & Harriet is an indigenous company championing the promotion of our cultural heritage through fun and games. We aim to create awareness and reinforce Nigeria’s history one game at a time.

Our flagship products are the ‘Lift n Learn Magnetic Puzzle’ and ‘Family Floor Nigeria Puzzle’.

How can I become a distributor/reseller?

Do you deliver outside Lagos?

Yes, we deliver to all major cities in Nigeria.

Do you deliver outside Nigeria?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Please check our Shipping/Delivery Information page for more details. Please call us to confirm if your country is not listed.

How do I make a payment for a purchase?

You can either pay via Paystack or Bank Transfer.

Can I pick up my order from your shop?

Ethan & Harriet does not currently operate a physical store. Products purchased on our website will however be delivered to you. We also have partners that carry our toys in store, and their full details are on the ‘Buy In-Store’ page.

What happens after I place an order?

After placing an order with us, you will receive an e-mail informing you that your order is being processed. It will also contain your order number. Once your order has been shipped, another email will be sent to you.

What is “Estimated delivery time”?

We will always strive to deliver your orders as at when due. However, please note that there are times that delivery might be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. We therefore will promptly inform you of any delay in delivering your order to you in such circumstance.

What if I am not pleased with an order, can I return it?

Goods bought are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable; However if the product is damaged before getting to you or we have mistakenly supplied you with a wrong item, please contact us within 24hrs to arrange an exchange. Kindly return the goods within 7 days to us unused and in the original packaging with all tags intact. We will not accept any item back 7 days after delivery. Please note that items returned not in their original packaging or with tags missing will not be eligible for an exchange. No shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty items.
